The still life floral arrangement is a lovely mixture of flowers and berries growing in the garden in January. The beautiful blossom of the cherry blossom , pyracantha and japanese barberry berries set against the moon like seed pods of Lunaria annua.

The Latin name Lunaria means moon like and refers to the shape and appearance of the seed pods.
