The floral arrangement is symbolic of the seasons in the garden, the past, and the future to come. A mixture of seed pods from last summer – symbolic of the past, and the cherry blossom symbolic of the future promise of spring blossom. Winter flowering red Skimmia Japonica flowers, red Epimedium leaves, pyracantha and Japanese barberry  berries complete the arrangement.
